Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing events, concerts, and exhibitions.

• Help manage online and in-person activities.

• Support marketing efforts, including social media and promotional campaigns.

• Provide administrative support for educational programs and workshops.

• Engage with artists and the public to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications:

• A love for the arts and a desire to support artistic growth.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Prior experience in event management, marketing, or arts administration is a plus but not required.

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, venues, and cultural institutions.

  • Build relationships with embassies, art associations, and private donors to enhance community involvement.

• Fundraising and Sponsorships:

  • Develop sponsorship proposals for businesses, philanthropists, and grant opportunities.

  • Coordinate and manage fundraising initiatives, including galas and ticketed events.

• Marketing & Outreach:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase ticket sales and engagement.

  • Utilize CRM tools and mailing lists to enhance outreach and strengthen community connections.

• Event Support:

  • Support the planning and execution of events by identifying cost-saving opportunities through partnerships or sponsorships.

  • Work closely with the Artistic Voices team to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and concerts.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, or partnerships (preferably in the arts or non-profit sector).

• Proven track record of securing sponsorships and building collaborative partnerships.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for classical music, opera, or the arts is a plus.
